Rob Evans is a Senior Vice President and SBA Lending Officer with more than 30 years of experience in banking, finance and insurance, where he has funded more than $130 million in loan financings since he joined Business Development Corporation (BDC) in 2017.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Business from Radford University, Rob spent 12 years in the insurance industry.
In 2006, Rob migrated into the banking and finance industry, where he took a position as a Business Banker for Wachovia and then later for Suntrust as Vice President for Commercial Banking. Prior to joining BDC, Rob was Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking for Dollar Bank.
