Award for Dollar Volume of 504 Loans Approved
Business Development Corporation (BDC) has been recognized by the U.S. Small Business Administration as the leading provider of SBA 504 loans in South Carolina.
The Columbia-based non-bank lender’s associate company, Certified Development Corporation of South Carolina (CDC), received an award as the top lender for the year 2022 in dollar volume in the Palmetto State through the SBA 504 program, which provides long-term, fixed-rate financing for small businesses in need of expansion and/or purchases.
BDC worked with partner financial institutions to make loans to a wide range of businesses, including manufacturers, retailers, service providers, and other enterprises.
