Awards for Dollar Volume and Number of Loans Approved for the SBA 504 Loan Program
Business Development Corporation (BDC) has been recognized by the U.S. Small Business Administration as the leading provider of SBA 504 loans in South Carolina.
The Columbia-based non-bank lender’s associate company, Certified Development Corporation of South Carolina (CDC), received two awards for 2023 for both dollar volume and number of loans approved in the Palmetto State through the SBA 504 program, which provides long-term, fixed-rate financing for small businesses in need of expansion and/or fixed asset purchases.
BDC/CDC worked with partner financial institutions to make loans to a wide range of businesses, including manufacturers, retailers, service providers, and other enterprises.
